WHAT DOES CREALITY PROMO + RETAIL DO FOR EVERIDGE AND THEIR BRANDS?

Creality is Everidge's online branded apparel and merchandise provider.

Our Online Company Store, can be accessed by going to EveridgeBrandStore.com. The Everidge Brand Store offers branded apparel and merchandise via two ways:

  • ReadyShip!: Apparel + Merchandise that is in stock and shipped same business day if ordered by 12pm CST (Business Days). Orders placed after 12pm CST (Business Day) will ship the next available business day.
  • On-Demand: Merchandise that is produced On-Demand, or as ordered, as low as quantity 1, and will ship within 10-12 business days after the order is submitted.

The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. Choosing an expedited shipment method does not expedite production. Please reach out to Customer Service with any questions at everidgebrandstore@crealityinc.com or 888-329-1687.

WHY IS MY SHIPPING ADDRESS NOT WORKING?

EveridgeBrandStore.com uses UPS address validation. Please make sure your address is correct, complete and that you do not have any spaces after any of the shipping data entries. HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

Everidge is currently offering free shipping on all orders that will ship via UPS Ground. ReadyShip! items are shipped same day if ordered by 12pm CST on a business day, otherwise will ship the following business day. On-Demand items are produced on-demand, or as ordered, and ship within 10-12 business days. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ITEM/ORDER THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED ON EVERIDGEBRANDSTORE.COM?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

On Demand, Customizable and Discontinued apparel and/or merchandise is non-returnable, unless the item(s) are defective and photos showing the defect are provided. Products are labeled On Demand and Customizable in the product image and are custom produced as they are ordered. Please be sure to look at size charts for apparel items, and review your order’s shopping cart carefully before checking out to avoid errors.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Creality is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
